An order for the restoration of a lapsed patent1 may be made subject to such conditions as the comptroller2 thinks fit, including a condition requiring compliance with any provisions relating to registration3 which have not been complied with4. If the proprietor of the patent fails to comply with any condition of such an order, the comptroller may revoke the order and give such directions consequential on the revocation as he thinks fit5.
