322.     Communication of international applications to designated offices.

An international application1, together with the international search report2, must be communicated to each designated office3 by the International Bureau4. If the claims have been amended5, the claims both as filed and as amended must be communicated6.

Communication completes the international stage of an international application, the remaining procedures being governed solely by the national law of the designated state concerned. No designated office may process or examine an international application prior to the expiry of 30 months from its
