244. Prohibition of discrimination.

A limited liability partnership ('LLP')1 or proposed LLP2 must not discriminate3 against or victimise4 a person:

  1.  

    (1)     in the arrangements it makes for deciding to whom to offer a position as a member5;

  2.  

    (2)     as to the terms on which it offers the person a position as a member6;

  3.  

    (3)     by not offering the person a position as a member7.

An LLP ('A') must not discriminate against or victimise a member ('B'):

  1.  

    (a)     as to the terms on which B is a member8;

  2.  

    (b)     in the way A affords B access, or by not affording B access, to opportunities for
