25. Mode of dealing.

The mode of dealing adopted by partners is evidence of the formation and original terms of a partnership if those terms are not set out in any document. Partners are bound by the duties and obligations which are implied in every partnership contract if and so far as the express contract does not deal with them1 and subject to the provisions of any statute2.
