The courts1 which have jurisdiction to dissolve a partnership2 in England and Wales are:
(1) the High Court of Justice, to the Chancery Division of which all causes and matters for the dissolution of partnerships or the taking of partnership accounts are specially assigned3;
(2) the county court where either the whole assets of the partnership do not exceed £350,000 in amount or value4, or where the parties by memorandum agree that the court is to have jurisdiction
