For a limited liability partnership ('LLP')1 to be incorporated:
(1) two or more persons who are associated for the carrying on of a lawful business2 with a view to profit must have subscribed their names3 to an incorporation document4;
(2) the incorporation document or a copy of it must have been delivered to the registrar5; and
(3) a statement made, either by a solicitor engaged in the formation of the limited liability partnership or by anyone who subscribed his name to the incorporation document, must also be delivered to the registrar confirming that there has been compliance with head
