Whilst partners are clearly free to expressly agree to dissolve a partnership, there may also be circumstances which indicate that there has been an implied agreement between the partners to bring the partnership to an end1. For example, where the partners agree to transfer the assets of the partnership to a limited company, it will be inferred, in the absence of other evidence, that they intended to dissolve the partnership
