Subject to any agreement between the partners, a partnership is dissolved as regards all the partners by the bankruptcy of any partner1, and the estate of the bankrupt thereupon ceases to be liable for the partnership debts incurred after the bankruptcy2.
If a charging order is made3 upon a partner's share in respect of his separate debt, the other partners may at their option dissolve the partnership4.
