112. Discrimination towards partners and prospective partners.

A firm1 or proposed firm2 must not discriminate3 against or victimise4 a person:

  1.  

    (1)     in the arrangements it makes for deciding to whom to offer a position as a partner5;

  2.  

    (2)     as to the terms on which it offers the person a position as a partner6;

  3.  

    (3)     by not offering the person a position as a partner
