188.     Circumstances rendering it just and equitable to order dissolution.

On the application of a partner, the court may decree a dissolution whenever, in any case, circumstances have arisen which, in the court's opinion, render it just and equitable that the partnership be dissolved1. If the winding up or dissolution of a partnership is justified on other grounds, the incapacity of one partner will not prevent a sale of the partnership concern and assets2, and the sale of the whole or of one or more of the partnership assets to the other partners will be
