A body corporate called the Parliamentary Works Sponsor Body ('the Sponsor Body')1 is established for the purpose of having overall responsibility for the parliamentary building works2, which are:
(1) works for the restoration of the Palace of Westminster3;
(2) works relating to the Parliamentary Estate, other than works within head (1), that are designated for the purposes of these provisions by the House Commissions4 with the agreement of the Sponsor Body and the Delivery Authority5; and
(3) works in connection with the restoration of the Palace
