822.     Introduction of a lord of Parliament.

A lord spiritual who has become entitled to a seat or has subsequently been translated to another see1, or a newly-created peer2, must be introduced and conducted to his place in the House of Lords with certain formalities3. A newly-created peer's patent is entered in full upon the journals of the House4.
