The Committee on Standards considers matters relating to the conduct of members1. Its functions are:
(1) to oversee the work of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards2; to examine the arrangements proposed by the Commissioner for the compilation, maintenance and accessibility of the Register of Members' Financial Interests3 and any other registers of interest established by the House; to review from item to time the form and content of those registers; and to consider any specific complaints made in relations to the registering or declaring of interests referred to it by the Commissioner4; and
(2) to consider any matter relating
