Where the appropriate countryside body1 has issued a map in conclusive form2 in respect of any area, it is the duty of the body from time to time, to undertake a review3, to consider:
(1) whether any land shown on that map as open country4 or registered common land5 is open country or registered common land at the time of the review6; and
(2) whether any land in that area which is not so shown ought to be so shown7.
