Regulations may designate specified provisions of the park regulations1 as 'park trading regulations'2. An offence3 which is committed by failing to comply with or acting in contravention of a park trading regulation is a park trading offence4.
A park constable5 who reasonably suspects that a person has committed a park trading offence may seize anything of a non-perishable nature which the person has in his possession or under his control, and which the constable reasonably believes to have been used in the commission of the offence6.
