Every local planning authority1 having an area which comprises any land2 subject to an access agreement or access order3 or any land acquired for the purpose of giving rights of access to the public4 must prepare and keep up to date a map on the prescribed scale5. The map is known as a 'rights of access map'6, and must define in the prescribed manner7:
(1) the land subject to the access agreement or order, or the land which has been acquired8;
(2) any part of any land subject to an access agreement or order, which in the authority's opinion
