397. Maps in conclusive form.

The appropriate countryside body1 must issue a map in conclusive form where:

  1.  

    (1)     the time within which any appeal2 may be brought in relation to a map in provisional form has expired and no appeal has been brought3; or

  2.  

    (2)     every appeal in relation to a map has been determined by the map or part of it being approved without modifications, or has been withdrawn4.
