360.     Conveyance by corporations.

Corporations or persons having power, either with or without the consent of any other corporation or persons, to sell land may convey the land, with that consent if it is required, to a local authority1, for or without consideration, for use as a public open space2, and the local authority may accept the land for that purpose3. The conveyance may be with or without conditions and the local authority may accept the land subject to such conditions4.
