455. Contents and effect of agreements as to nature reserves.

A management agreement1 with Natural England (in relation to England)2 may, in particular, impose on the person who has an interest in land3 obligations in respect of the use of the land4 or restrictions on the exercise of rights over the land5, provide for the carrying out of such work as may be expedient for the purposes of the agreement by any person or persons6, provide for any matter for which a management scheme relating to a site of special scientific interest provides (or could provide)7, provide for the making of payments by either party to the other party
