471. Appeals against management notices.

A person who is served with a management notice1 may appeal against its requirements to the Secretary of State or the Welsh Ministers2; and a management notice does not take effect until the expiry of the period for appealing against it or if an appeal is brought, its withdrawal or final determination3.
