133. Remedial notices.

A remedial notice is a notice issued by the relevant authority1 in respect of a complaint2, stating the following matters3:

  1.  

    (1)     that a complaint has been made to the authority about a high hedge4 specified in the notice which is situated on land so specified5;

  2.  

    (2)     that the authority has decided that the height of that hedge is adversely affecting the complainant's6 reasonable enjoyment of the domestic property7 specified in the notice8;

  3.  

    (3)     the initial action9 that must be taken in relation to that hedge before the end of the compliance period10;

  4.  

    (4)     any preventative action that it considers
