905. Staff of the British Library Board.

The British Library Board1 must appoint a secretary and may appoint such other officers as it may determine, and may pay to them and other employees such remuneration and allowances as the Secretary of State2 may determine with the approval of the Treasury3. In the case of such officers and other persons employed by the board (not being members of the board) as it may determine with the Treasury's approval, the board must pay such pensions, allowances or gratuities to or in respect of them as may be so determined, make such payments towards the provision of such pensions,
