If any person is aggrieved1 by a designation order2 or an order3 varying or revoking a designation order4 and desires to question its validity on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 or that any of the relevant requirements5 have not been complied with in relation to it, then, within six weeks from the relevant date6, he may make an application to the High Court7. On such application the court may by interim order suspend the operation of the order until the final determination of the proceedings
