As from a day to be appointed the following provisions have effect1.
The Board of Trustees2 must make provision for its meetings3. Unless otherwise expressly provided in the 2005 scheme4, every matter must, in case of difference, be decided by a majority of the members of the Board of Trustees present and voting at a duly convened meeting of the Board of Trustees5. However, a decision supported by all members of the Board of Trustees and taken otherwise than at a meeting is as valid as if it had been made at a meeting of the Board of Trustees6, provided
