Without prejudice to its general powers1, the Board of Trustees of the Victoria and Albert Museum may, with the consent of the Secretary of State2 and subject to any conditions he may impose, form or take part in forming one or more bodies corporate which, or each of which, has as its main object or objects3:
(1) one or more of the following particular objects4:
(a) the production and publication of books, films or other informative material relating to art, craft or design5;
(b) the commissioning of works of art, craft or design6;
(c) the production of replicas or
