An operations notice1 must be in the prescribed form2 and must specify: (1) the operations to which it relates; (2) the site on which they are to be carried out; (3) the date on which it is proposed to begin them; and (4) where they are to be carried out after clearance of the site3, the developer's4 estimated date for completion of the clearance operations5. The notice must be accompanied by a certificate in the prescribed form6.
