A person1 who has been served with a notice2 that the Secretary of State or, in relation to Wales, the Welsh Ministers3 propose to give a direction modifying or revoking a scheduled monument consent4 may make an objection to the proposed modification or revocation at any time before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which the notice was served5.
