1092.     Grants by the Welsh Ministers for acquisition of historic buildings in Wales.

The Welsh Ministers1 may make grants for the purpose of defraying, in whole or in part, any expenses incurred by a local authority or a National Park authority2 in the acquisition of property3 situated in Wales under its statutory powers4 to acquire listed buildings compulsorily or by agreement5.
