983. General meetings of the National Trust.

Until a day to be appointed the following provisions have effect1.

General meetings of the National Trust2 must be held at least once in every year and must be called and held in accordance with the statutory regulations3. Such regulations may be altered or added to by a resolution of the council4, passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members of the council present5 and approved at the next annual general meeting6.

As from a day to be appointed the following provisions have effect7.
