810.     Expenditure of the Commission.

The Secretary of State1 may, out of money provided by Parliament2, pay to the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England ('the Commission')3 such sums towards its expenditure as the Treasury4 may approve and defray such of its expenditure as the Treasury may approve5. The payment may be made on such conditions as the Secretary of State imposes with the Treasury's approval6.
