The Museum of London was established by the Museum of London Act 19651. There is a Board of Governors of the Museum of London2 which is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal3. The board may determine its own quorum and procedure4. The board may act notwithstanding a vacancy amongst the governors, and no act of the board must be deemed to be invalid by reason only of a defect in the appointment of any of the governors
