Bodies corporate1 known as: (1) the Board of Trustees of the National Gallery (the 'National Gallery Board')2; (2) the Board of Trustees of the Tate Gallery (the 'Tate Gallery Board')3; (3) the Board of Trustees of the National Portrait Gallery (the 'National Portrait Gallery Board')4; and (4) the Board of Trustees of the Wallace Collection (the 'Wallace Collection Board')5 have been established6.
