In all legal proceedings the money, securities, goods, chattels and effects belonging to incorporated institutions to which the Literary and Scientific Institutions Act 1854 applies1, and which have no provision for the vesting of their personal property, or belonging to unincorporated institutions, and not vested in trustees, may be described as belonging to the governing body, by its proper title2.
