943. Conveyances to trustees for purposes of institution.

Where an institution to which the Literary and Scientific Institutions Act 1854 applies1 is not a corporation, the grant of any land, under the Act or otherwise, may be made to trustees for the purpose of the institution2. The trustees may be individuals or corporate bodies, sole or aggregate3 and there may be any number of them4.
