562.     The order for possession.

There is a prescribed form of order for possession to be used1, which requires delivery of possession2 by a specified time and date3. There is also a prescribed form for suspended orders for possession of residential mortgaged property4.

A writ or warrant of possession must not be issued without the permission of the court where:


    (1)     six years or more have elapsed since the date of the judgment or order;


    (2)     any change has taken place, whether by death or otherwise, in the parties entitled to enforce the judgment or order, or liable
