532. Regulation of certain mortgages by the Rent Act 1977.

A mortgage is a regulated mortgage for the purposes of the Rent Act 19771 if it is a legal mortgage2 of land consisting of or including a dwelling house which is let on or subject to a regulated tenancy3, and the regulated tenancy is binding on the mortgagee4.
