469.     Protection of purchasers from irregularity in sale.

In the absence of any provision for the protection of purchasers, evidence must be furnished that the event on which the power of sale is to arise has happened1. Where a sale is made in exercise of the statutory power2, the purchaser's title is not impeachable on the ground that:

  1.  

    (1)     no case had arisen to authorise the sale3;

  2.  

    (2)     due notice was not given4;

  3.  

    (3)     the permission of the court, when required, was not obtained5; or

  4.  

    (4)     the power was otherwise improperly or irregularly exercised6.
