A claim for an order for sale should be made to the court which made the charging order unless that court does not have jurisdiction to make an order for sale1. A claim in the High Court must be started in the Chancery Chambers at the Royal Courts of Justice or a Chancery District Registry2. The claimant must use the Part 8 procedure3.
