362. Mortgagor's right to prevent or seek redress for injury to property.

So long as he is entitled to possession or receipt of rents and profits1, a mortgagor of land has statutory power to bring proceedings in his own name only to prevent, or recover damages in respect of, any trespass or other wrong in relation to the mortgaged property2.
