The master's order calculates further interest for six months from its date and fixes a time on the day at the expiration of six months when, and a place where, the aggregate sum made up of the certified balance and the further interest is to be paid1. The mortgagor is not entitled to redeem before the appointed day on payment of principal and interest only until the date of payment together with costs2.
