A charge imposed by a charging order has the like effect as an equitable charge1. The court by which a charging order is made may at any time, on the application of the debtor or any person interested in any property to which the order relates, make an order discharging or varying the charging order2. The court may discharge a charging order on the ground that it should not have been made absolute3, on the ground that the judgment debt is satisfied
