659.     Costs of getting deeds out of court.

Where the deeds have come into the court's custody in the course of the reasonable and proper administration of the mortgagee's estate, the costs of getting them out must be paid by the mortgagor1, but not if the advance was made by the executors and the mortgagor had no notice of their character or of the proceedings2.
