598. Account of rents and profits.

If the mortgagee is in possession, the order directs an account of rents and profits received by him or by any other persons by his order or for his use, or which without his wilful default might have been so received1. The amount due from him on this account is directed to be deducted from the aggregate amount due on the mortgage account and the balance certified.
