The representee1 may not be granted rescission where specific restitution is impossible, or on the intervention of a third party2. One of the conditions of rescission is actual restoration by the representee to the representor3 of all property, if any, which he acquired under the contract, so far as it is capable of specific reconveyance or retransfer4.
