463. Service of and objection to records.

Where any person has caused a record to be made1 he must within a specified time2 serve3, on every person who is then known to him to be a person directly concerned4, a notice in the prescribed form5 together with a copy of the record6.

If any such person so served gives notice7 of objection to the person who served the record, within 21 days after the date on which the copy was sent to him, requiring the record to be amended in one or more respects specified in the notice, then if all the persons whose agreement is requisite
