At the same time as the responsible person1 gives a notice of proposed remedial action2 with respect to any damage (other than a notice stating that the only kind of action available for meeting his remedial obligation3 is the making of an obligatory payment in lieu4 or an obligatory depreciation payment5) he must send to the claimant6 and any other person interested a schedule of remedial works which meets the following requirements7.
