The right of a licensed operator1 to withdraw support2 may, in relation to any land to which it applies, be revoked by a notice given by the Coal Authority3. Where the Coal Authority gives a notice in relation to any land to which the provisions concerning the right to withdraw support apply4, those provisions cease to apply to that land in relation to any coal-mining operations5 carried on after the relevant date of publication6.
