The Coal Authority1 may revoke an enforcement order at any time2. Before revoking an enforcement order, other than an unconfirmed provisional enforcement order3, the Authority must give notice4 stating that it proposes to revoke the order and setting out the effect of the order; and specifying the period (not being less than 28 days from the date of the service) within which representations or objections with respect to the proposed revocation may be made5.
