Subject to certain provisions1, on an application under the Mines (Working Facilities and Support) Act 1966, 2the applicant is not required to pay or give any compensation or consideration3 in respect of the imposition of restrictions appearing to the court4 to be justified by the existence of any right to withdraw support to which any person5 is entitled under the Coal Industry Act 19946.
This provision7 applies in any case where the Coal Industry Act 19948
