Where a compulsory purchase order1 has been submitted or prepared, and the land2 comprised in the order includes land in respect of which opencast planning permission3 has been granted and is for the time being occupied by a relevant person4 for the purpose of carrying on the permitted activities5, and within the time limited for making objections to the order, that relevant person gives notice of that fact to the appropriate national authority6 to whom the order has been submitted, or by whom it has been prepared, as the case may be, specifying the land in respect of which
